Flexible Booking & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to ensure your Egypt vacation planning is stress-free. This policy is designed for transparency and fairness, protecting the investment made in reserving guides, accommodations, and domestic travel for your Egypt tour package.

Deposit & Final Payment

Initial Deposit

A [25%] non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure hotels, internal flights, and cruise cabins.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your confirmed tour start date.

All cancellation requests must be received by written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. The refund amount is based on the date we receive your cancellation notification

46 Days or More

100% Refund of all payments made (minus the initial deposit).

31 to 45 Days

75% Refund of the total tour price

7 to 30 Days

50% Refund of the total tour price.

6 Days or Less

0% Refund (No Refund).

Special Cases & Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen events occur. We offer increased flexibility for situations outside of a client’s control:

Day Tours and Excursions

All standard Egypt Day Tours (e.g., Cairo, Luxor, Red Sea) are eligible for 100% Free Cancellation if notified up to 24 hours in advance.

Travel Restrictions

In the event of an official government travel ban or enforced border closure that prevents you from entering Egypt, we will offer a full travel credit for the entire value of your booking, redeemable within 24 months of the original travel date.

Name Changes

Name changes due to misspellings or official changes are permitted free of charge up to 7 days before travel.
