Day 1, Cairo Siwa

Today marks an early departure around 05:00 AM as you begin your exciting journey to the mystical Siwa Oasis, a true Egyptian desert oasis. Your comfortable private transfer will take you through the vast Western Desert, passing by Marsa Matrouh, a coastal city, before arriving at your serene destination.

This scenic drive typically takes 8-10 hours, offering glimpses of changing desert landscapes. Upon arrival in Siwa, you’ll enjoy a well-deserved lunch in Siwa, savoring local flavors and experiencing the unique culture of this remote haven.

Day 2, Siwa Oasis

Next, you’ll experience the unique therapeutic properties of Siwa’s salty lake, where you can float effortlessly in the highly saline waters. It is a truly invigorating experience. Conclude your morning with a refreshing dip in Cleopatra’s Bath. This is a natural spring-fed stone pool surrounded by palm trees, rumored to have been visited by the legendary queen herself.

Day 3, Siwa Cairo Bahariya Oasis

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the desert camp. After a memorable night under the stars, you’ll transfer back to the vibrant Siwa Oasis for a final exploration.

Your morning will begin with a visit to the iconic Shali Fortress, the ancient mud-brick citadel that was once the heart of Siwan life. Explore its ruins and learn about the unique architecture and history of this desert stronghold. It offers panoramic views of the oasis.

Next, you’ll visit the Mountain of the Dead (Gabal al-Mawta), an ancient necropolis featuring rock-cut tombs. Here you’ll find fascinating murals and historical insights into Siwan burial practices.

Following your historical discoveries, you’ll begin your journey back to the bustling capital, Cairo. The drive will take you once again through the scenic Western Desert, passing by the coastal city of Marsa Matrouh.

Here, you’ll enjoy a delightful lunch in Marsa Matrouh at Magdy Restaurant, a highly-regarded seafood restaurant known for its fresh catches and local flavors. This provides a refreshing break by the Mediterranean. After lunch, the journey continues to Bahariya Oasis, and upon arrival, check-in at your hotel for overnight.

Day 4, Bahariya

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel then free time till early afternoon. Actually, you will enjoy a freshly cooked lunch by the wife of our Wahati friend who will help us with the trip. After that, you will start your desert adventure with 4*4 Jeep to some of the top attractions of Bahariya and Farafra Oasis.

Start your Bahariya adventure with Black desert where you will marvel at the volcanic mountains and the black color everywhere. You can climb El Marsos mountain if you like before we proceed to El Heiz Village Cold Spring. Actually, you can swim if you like or simply put your legs in the water while having your tea.

After that, you will board your 4*4 Jeep once again and head to Crystal Mountain. Here you will walk and explore the area or pick a piece of Crystal around the place. Then, it’s time to travel to another amazing place called Aqabat Area with its amazing stone formations. This provides the chance to shoot very nice photos.

Again, time for fun and sand boarding on a very nice sand dune. Savor a tasty hibiscus and fresh dates. Later on, we will drive to Old white desert and panoramic mountain to see the whole desert from the top. Now, it’s time to head to the camp site at the White Desert for BBQ dinner and overnight under the stars.

At the end of the night, take your tent and sleep wherever you like with your pillow, sleeping bag, blanket.

Day 5, Farafra Oasis – Bahariya Oasis – Cairo

Enjoy your breakfast at the campsite before you will start your tour to the New white desert. Start with the Rabbit stone, Cones, upside down foot and much more before you head to the valley of tables.

Walk around and enjoy your time before you will drive to more places on the way back to Bahariya Oasis. Upon arrival, take your lunch at the local house then head to Cairo and check-in at your Cairo hotel for overnight.
