Day 1 Hurghada to Luxor

05.00 am We will pick you up at the reception of your hotel to start your way to Luxor.

06.00 am short break by the check point to show the traveling permission

07.00 am 20 minuets short break at nice lounge in the middle of the desert to use the toilets( 10 L.E per person), enjoy your morning coffee, have your breakfast and nice chance to see the Bedouins around the area.

10.00 am start your first stop with your archeologist guide to the valley of the Kings where you can visit 3 tombs included in the entrance ticket. Your guide will recommend the most beautiful 3 tombs but there are another 3 tombs against charge in case if you like to add some more tombs

  • KV9 – Ramesses V, Ramesses VI tomb EGP 150
  • KV17 – Seti I EGP 1400 per person
  • KV62 -Tutankhamun EGP 360 per person

At the end of your tour to the valley of the Kings with the chance to make amazing photos inside the tombs free of charge. Especially for some of the religious book like Book of the Dead, Book of the Imy Duat, last judgment day, you will driven to the second stop.

12.00 pm Mortuary temple of Hatshepsut

Hatshepsut temple is a unique temple in Egypt for the very famous female Pharaoh Hatshepsut who ruled Egypt for about 23 years. Her very famous talented engineer Senmut designed her an amazing temple decorated with some unique reliefs. For example, the way how the ancient Egyptians cut the Obelisks and transported them are designed on the wall of Al Deir El Bahri temple.

Also, Punt expedition is designed here and the very unique story of the Divine Birth of Hatshepsut with the beautiful scenes on Anubis chapel. The third level with the Osiris statues of Hatshepsut and the holy of holies are a must-see also.

13.00 pm Menon Colossi

After Hatshepsut temple, you will stop 15 minutes by the huge statutes of Amenhotep III decorating one day the entrance of his Mortuary temple on Luxor west bank.

13.15 pm Lunch

Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant in Luxor with the availability of vegetarian meals or vegan meals.

14.00 pm short motorboat ride

After lunch, you will enjoy a fresh breathe while crossing from the west bank to the east bank with a motorboat. In case, if you like you can extend it to 30 minuets against charge to see Luxor from the water.

14.30 pm Karnak temple

End your Luxor day tour with Karnak complex, the biggest temple in the world. Here you can spend hours marvel at the huge pylons, walk between the massive columns of the Hypostyle Hall. Learn more about the ancient Egyptian history of the famous Pharaohs such as Ramesses, Seti, Thutmosis, Hatshepsut, Amenhotep. Marvel at the Huge Obelisks of Thutmosis and Hatshepsut, go around the Scarab for good luck near the Sacred Lake.

16.30 pm free time and Luxor train station

Once you finish your tour inside the Karnak complex, you will have some free time for shopping, have a drink before you head to Luxor train station to board your VIP train to Aswan.

18.55 Luxor to Aswan VIP train

Distance between Luxor and Aswan is about 300km and it takes around 3 hours with some short stops at Esna, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Kalabsha. upon arrival to Aswan, you will be transferred to your hotel for overnight.

Day 2 Aswan Abu Simbel – Hurghada

04.15 am Aswan Abu Simbel

early morning departure to Abu Simbel from Aswan. It takes around 4 hours with a short break for the breakfast and toilet. Upon arrival, you will have two hours with your guide to marvel at the great temple of Ramesses II and the small one of Nefertari. The great temple was dedicated to the god Amun, Ptah, Ra Horakhty while the small one to goddess Hathor. back to Aswan for lunch before board the train to Qena.

13.30 pm Lunch

Enjoy a light lunch in Aswan before you take the train back to Qena then Hurghada,

15.00 pm VIP train Aswan – Qena

enjoy 4 hours ride between Aswan and Qena before you will be driven back to Hurghada.

19.30 pm Qena – Hurghada
